Governance

The Governing Council is comprised of the Principal, staff representative, a community representative and parent representatives who are elected for two year terms. Elections for council take place at the Annual General Meeting, which is held late in Term 1 each year. Council is responsible for advising on matters such as finances, facilities, policies and curriculum issues. Council meets twice per term. Meetings are open and any parent may attend as an observer / visitor. Governing Council is the forum through which all members of our school can contribute to the guiding principles and wellbeing our school.

All parents are invited to participate in the work of the council or its various sub committees (i.e. grounds, fundraising etc.) If you are interested or if you require further information, please let any member of Governing Council or school leadership know.
