Emergency Management Plan

In the event of the McLaren Flat area being threatened by a bushfire, the McLaren Flat Emergency Action Plan will be activated. The Activity Room is our designated Fire Refuge Area. All children will remain with their class teacher, collect their bags, fill water bottles and remain actively engaged in the activity room until such time as the all clear is given by Emergency Services Personnel.

Staff will make every attempt to contact parents & caregivers in accordance with individual Bushfire Evacuation Contingency Plans. Please refer to the School’s Bushfire Action Plan / emergency action plan.
